WHO WE ARE:

The members of the Testa-Catanoso Foundation, three siblings and a brother-in-law, recognize that inequity in education leads to deficits in our communities. We believe that through targeted gifts , we can improve educational outcomes that will enhance community involvement and environmental protection, from our towns to our coastlines to our mountains. These are our highest priorities – education, especially as it builds appreciation for nature and how the health of our neighbors and communities depends heavily on the health of our coastal and mountain ecosystems. We invite you to join us in strengthening a range of vital institutions such as school programs and environmental nonprofits in achieving their goals, goals that reflect our commitments and values.

Environmental Education

Protecting our environment is extremely important. We work to support causes that empower the younger generation to learn about being green and doing the work to reduce their footprint.

Education Through Technology

We empower students to create a better future by donating the technology necessary to learn and succeed. Our goal is to help level the playing field and give all students an equal opportunity to complete their education.

Childhood Nutrition Programs

To help ensure that children have access to nutritious meals and the ability to focus during school, we provide assistance to programs that provide support to childhood nutrition programs and local food banks.

Wildlife Conservation & Education

We support organizations that are working towards wildlife conservation through education and technology. We believe that it is important to help preserve natural ecosystems and endangered species for future generations.

Join Us as a Donor

The Testa Catanoso Foundation is a qualified Section 501(c)(3). We invite you to join us as a donor, whether your contribution is a modest one-time donation, or are a larger, ongoing donation. A donor will receive an income tax deduction for any amount he or she contributes to our foundation up to 30 percent of the donor’s adjusted gross income. Although donors get the tax deduction up front, you can make your charitable deductions over time, enabling you to consider our foundation’s mission and give thoughtfully.

The advantages of donating to our foundation extend beyond the tax benefits. Many philanthropic individuals and businesses are eager to support worthy causes but may pause at the endless array of choices. How do you decide? If your values and goals around giving align with ours, our foundation will act as a careful and focused steward to your philanthropic intentions. Your donations combined with those from the family members will also enable larger grants capable of making bigger impacts.
